The Relationship Tier package pays $750 at the $30,000 tier, and Citigold pays $750/$1,500 on a 20-day deposit window with a 60-day hold. Funds deposited must be new to Citibank — cash deposits, Citi Global Transfers, international ACH, Zelle, and P2P services such as PayPal, Venmo, and Apple Pay do not qualify. Your balance on the 45th day sets the maximum tier; the balance must then be held from the 46th day for another 45 days, and dropping a tier reduces the bonus to that tier. The $15 monthly service fee is waived with $250+ in Enhanced Direct Deposits per statement period, rising to $1,000 effective 1/1/2027.
